Dear Journal,
I finally get it now!
It just clicked, Pearl was taking me and Hacks to our favorite Hamburger joint Checkers and something wonderful happened. I could understand her!
I don't know if it was the food or my prayers or what but I just started understanding her.
She is actually a really funny lady and I think this will be the start of a really good friendship.
The really funny thing is that she was having a hard time understanding my thick Utah accent!
Go figure.

- I wanted to create a blog that showed the side of a Mormon mission that MOST don't know about. There are the heartwarming great conversion stories you always hear about, but I wanted to tell about the Missionary tall tales and mix some of my experiences as well as others that I know about (Slightly Embellished of course) and give you, my readers something more then just the run of the mill same old stuff. And since my personality is one that enjoys laughing at myself and others that is how my stories will present themselves. So if you are here for enlightenment, that may be a stretch, but if you enjoy getting a good laugh at my misfortune stick around and enjoy.
